Our goals and objectives

The Careers and Employment Services Center at MT&M College maintains contacts and partnerships with employers mainly in marketing and commerce. These contacts have the following objectives:

  • To create opportunities for student internships or participation in the preparation and implementation of specific events, research and programs;
  • To provide feedback information from employers about the quality of study and to receive proposals for its updating.
  • To help recruit students and graduates to fill vacancies announced by employers. The selection is upon request by employers with certain parameters of the jobs and particular requirements for applicants;
  • To design joint events which enhance and develop our students’ employment skills, like career development seminars, discussions, conferences and student presentations demonstrating students’ skills and knowledge to employers.
  • The College organizes internships with employers who may select staff among MT&M college students.
